Have You Tried Fresh Apple + Mint Tea
Now the Australian winter is upon us, why not try this fresh apple juice tea to warm you up.
I first tried this amazing fresh juice tea at Café Envy in Cotton Tree and have been waiting to DIY some at home. While I can’t claim my version is anywhere near as tasty as the original it is still packed with goodness and some added anti-inflammatory benefits.
The benefits of Ginger, turmeric and lemon are well known.
Ginger assist with nausea, may reduce aches and pains and is also anti-inflammatory.
Tumeric aids with inflammation, antioxidant boosting, assists brain function and may ward off brain disease. It also lowers the risk of heart disease and cancer, and controls arthritis pain.
Lemon is known to aid with digestion, skin health, is a source of vitamin C, and also supports hydration.
